Gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Inside the hallway it kinda smelled like skunk, not Marijuana but actual skunk but once we were in our room the smell stopped. I was impressed at how large our room was and how many modern amenities it had! There were some GREAT restaurants right near by which we're fantastic! We'd go get dinner at Union, or Reforma which had great food and live music on weekends then in the morning go to one of the coffee shops (we only went to REN and it was busy but VERY tasty). If you want a great location, friendly staff, and nice rooms I'd takenyour business here!

We specifically requested connecting, pool-side suites, and got just what we wanted. The rooms were very nice. Love having the separate living/kitchen area with kiddos, since they go to bed earlier. The pool was also amazing, very clean, and in a really great area with decent cover from the sun. We loved being able to just step out of our room and swim! The complimentary continental breakfast was decent. Not spectacular, but about average choices & quality. My kids would give this 2 thumbs up, because they had Lucky Charms cereal haha. Love the location next to the courtyard restaurants & shops. Had live music there a couple nights, and it's a great space to go sit & listen & enjoy the weather. And it was pretty easy to get to various other points around town from here.

Really great location. There was a street market happening on Sunday in the parking lot. Every member of the staff that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room size is nice and cozy. The room design I had was not ideal. I was not able to see the TV from the desk. Other rooms were laid out a little differently. Having a digital key is always a plus and I love Hilton brands for that. Full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishes, and dishwasher. The bed comfort was just ok, and the 4 pillows were mostly soft. In order to fit a gym in the location, it was split into two different rooms: One for cardio equipment and one for weights. Good outdoor pool with grill and seating areas. The morning breakfast is just ok, a step above continental.

Nice location. Hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet hit the spot with warm omelettes, sausage and waffles--although the tater tots were a bit stale. We were fairly centrally located with respect to the things we wanted to do and the places we wanted to dine/eat.
