Never had any real issues here. Been coming here for mri, ct, mammograms, X-rays for more than a few years and procedures are fast and staff is courteous. I’ve always felt cared about by the techs.

HIGH FIVE! I went in this AM for a diagnostic Mamo. Most genuine, naturally friendly (Not the fake happy person), accommodating staff! From check in to out. I've honestly never felt so comfortable in a medical situation. I'm from Wa. This was one of the few places around that accepted self paying patients with no insurance. Everyone seems to want you to go through programs........I'll leave it at that. This was no fuss. Thank you.

Unbelievable… I am in my third trimester and needed a second anatomy ultrasound to determine if I have a high risk pregnancy.. After 45 minutes of waiting in the waiting room with a very uncomfortable full bladder (required for the ultrasound testing) I was told, “I’m sorry we were supposed to call and let you know earlier that your appointment was CANCELLED and the technician that was supposed to see you is sick. There are no other appointments here, or at our other locations. Sorry here is a Starbucks gift card..” I have an appointment directly following this ultrasound with my OB to discuss the results of this ultrasound. INCREDIBLY POOR PROFESSIONALISM. When asked if I could write down my experience for management, they said I could go online and take a survey.

Went for first ever brain scan! Looking to see what might be causing pressure on ear nerve that was causing issues. Was met by helpful and kind staff. shout out to Kevin who with a genuine cheerful and confident manner, put me at ease and answered all my concerns about how the MRI would go. Karen was the attendant Nurse who was operating the MRI machOne and with a calm, cheerful caring manner made the time in the machine as comfortable as possible. Lasted about 45 minutes, and to be honest it's not something I would choose to do on a regular basis, but yet knowing that it would give me vital answers to my concerns, it was time well spent. Almost fell asleep at one point! Karen was in constant contact through earphones and a immediate egress from MRI bed was just a squeeze on a hand held device away. You are in very competent caring hands. The MRI using vibration instead of X Ray's to make images is somewhat loud with a pulsing rhythm to it but I got used to it and like I mentioned before was almost pulled to sleep! Settle in and enjoy the ride!
