Perfect example of a company that ONLY exists due to a monopoly on area services and no competition. Inconsistent pick up times, forgotten/skipped pick ups, extra fees charged when THEY make a mistake and have to fix it, and the rudest, most unprofessional office staff on the planet. Total sham of a company with an unfair death grip on a vital community service.

I have been a Hillsboro garbage customer for 17 years. Most of the time service is fine. I have definitely had issues with cans only being dumped half way when there was NO stuffing or cramming of the cans. Regular garbage, recycle and yard debris, all three. I think the problem is that the drivers are on a tight schedule because they are short staffed and the company won't hire more drivers. Also, I have ordered the large 4 yrd dumpsters in the past and have definitely had issues with customer service. When I have ordered the dumpsters, they are very friendly and helpful. When I call them back to pick it up, they are curt, short and sometimes downright rude. I do have to say that for the most part, over the past 17 years, I have gotten decent service.
