Rene is wonderful. She truely cares about her residents. The grounds and facilities are beautiful. CoVID has made things so complicated. But this facility is handling it as best they can. Thanks for all you are doing!

I gave this some time before posting to see if my feelings about this facility would change, but they haven’t. We are so disappointed with how poorly our loved one and private caregivers were treated by the director of this facility and some of the office staff. Refusal from the director to communicate in a professional, legal manner lead to us pulling our loved one out and declining to move other elderly family in, despite how close it is to my home. It’s sad that vulnerable adults and their families are being treated so poorly.

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR! HORRIBLE CUST0MER SERVICE! MOM WAS WAITING IN LINE TO GET A COVID SHOT. AND WAS TALKING TO A FRIEND AND WAS TOLD TO BE QUIET! THEY WERE IN DINNING HALL/REC ROOM. MOM WAS VERY UPSET AND THAT SUMS UP TREATMENT FROM STAFF. THE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY TRAINED. FEEL FREE TO CALL ME FOR MORE INFO.
