I am very disappointed with my child's recent swimming session; as 2 swimming instructors Json and Bilal totally messed up the whole session. I felt like Bilal was completing his instructor internship over providing swimming lessons to the kids. During the session, both instructors kept chatting together instead of focusing to the kids lesson. I was expecting 1 instructor entertaining 4 kids; but It was a complete disaster during my kid's session. 2 instructors for 8 kids all working together; what a joke. I couldn't figure out who the instructor was and always wondered what my kid was getting out of it? Totally wasted my time, and money. Json and Bilal didn't take responsibility as a swimming coach; and as a result all kids have suffered. And in the last session, when they were providing my kids feedback and I raised my concern why my kid couldn't level up while she has already taken the same level class 2 times; Json said it's more of an individual capability. Totally agree! That statement made sense if he would have put his best effort to educate my kid and to support her capability?

The Northwest YMCA (Cupertino) is a great place to go not only for working out, they have many programs for the whole family. Their swimming instructors make the kids feel confident in the water, encouraging them to learn and busting their self-esteem. They also have other programs like kids in motion, dodgeball and parents night out that allows the parent to work out or have some free time while the kids are having fun in a safe environment.

Amazing place to workout. Family atmosphere. Dedicated instructors. Excellent facility. Awesome staff. Past 4 years Northwest YMCA changed my life. I started living my life with happiness. Improved my health a lot. Thanks to staff and all my friends in Northwest YMCA.

I love the variety of classes, which encourages me to try new activities outside my comfort zone, keeping me literally and figuratively on my toes! I appreciate the generally high quality of the instructors, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The machines in the main gym, and the stretching room are kept in good order, clean and welcoming.

No. I've never been, but I can tell you with certainty there's no water skiing...
Unofficially, it's 36.267m. Take or give 0.15 furlongs. They do annual length assesments every 4th of July
They ask for money
I have not tried the pool. Hot hula is a great dance workout. Noriko is the best.
Yes. There are locker rooms for men and women with digital locks as well as family restrooms with showers. Take a facility tour to get a 3-Day pass to check other features.
Its open
