I wish I could say I had a good experience with Clarus Eye Center, as their doctors and their assisting staff were all very friendly. However, I had a terrible experience with Clarus from scheduling, all the way to the optical center when buying frames. So much so, I am going out of my way to write a very long, detailed review to recount my multiple negative experiences there. From a scheduling standpoint: they cancelled my appts 4 different times due to errors on their end, scheduling me with a surgeon when I didn't need one, scheduling me at the wrong facility without telling me, etc. Then, each time they called to cancel/reschedule, they were giving me a crazy 3-4 month reschedule appt until I made a stink because I was trying to get my prescription fixed that was incorrect the first time I went in for an exam (again, their fault). Then, it's been ongoing issues with the optical shop and my glasses. The first pairs I got had the wrong prescription, and it took me over 2 months to get my exam/prescription rechecked/corrected because of the scheduling issues on their end. Then, I finally get my glasses back, and one pair still doesn't feel right, and I bring it to them to correct once more. I was told I was 2 days out from the 90 day replacement policy (due to scheduling problems on their end again), and was told I'd have to eat the cost of changing the lenses from bifocal to single lens because THEY gave me the wrong prescription the first time, which was very upsetting to hear. Then, I was told they'll have to ask a manager if they can refund my money for the cost difference in lenses, even though none of this was my fault. Also, the person that assisted me seemed visibly annoyed that I was looking to correct this issue, wouldn't offer me any pricing info, and barely even said a word when I thanked them for their time, like I was the problem. Overall, I've had a very poor experience with this facility all around, and will never return after I get my glasses issues sorted (if they ever do get sorted).

Checked in at 2:30 for a 3:00 appointment, didn’t get called back until 3:15. Four other people that got checked in after us got called back before us. Equipment does not work with wheelchair, not ADA compliant if you ask me.

The staff was wonderful and great at explaining everything they were doing. They were running about 45 minutes behind. I think there needs to be more warning about how bad the eye dilation experience is. I couldn't see a thing, was dizzy and my eyes are still not ok 2 days later. They didn't tell me not to drive so I did not bring anyone to do so but I wish I had, my eyes were terrible. I won't be going back, eyes were better before my visit than now.

Not especially friendly even after several years. My treatment was more like tunnel vision, ignoring the obvious like blood pressure, sinuses, and headaches. Needle in the eye need not be the only option.

Hi Daniel! If you’ll call our main line at 360-456-3200 and tell the patient service representative that you need to speak with a technician about your prescription, they will take note of your question and get back to you with an answer as soon as possible:)
I don't know if they do google it or call them.

Hi Nicholas, Unfortunately we do not accept Molina at this time. If you would like to call our main line at 360-456-3200 and request the billing department, we can supply you with a full list of the insurance we accept. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

No, we are not open Saturdays. We do have extended hours Monday through Thursday.
If it's about lasik, I can't tell you the cost, but from my experience from the front desk to exams they are very professional and first and foremost I would trust them. Cost is a concern but not the primary concern.
