A retail store cannot be more racist than this one. Macy's town center plaza! People working here must be kidding, ridiculously rude , unprofessional, racist to the core. I wonder the person who appointed such people around had a different set of rules to follow. Grow up people, travel the world. You people are frogs living in a well!!

It’s a great store to buy workout cloths. They do have my favorite brands and always have some stuff on sale. They just don’t have many people there to help you check out. I usually visit during the weekend and I have to go around to find a person to check me out.

Love Macys bit staff is not that friendly and they need to extend the hours for curbside pick up. Also they're website is so slow and really is more frustrating than convenient and their coupons are a joke. They exclude EVERYTHING in the store but 1 item. So why don't they just advertise "this plate is on sale, but you can expect to pay full price for the bowls! Instead of 25% OFF only to read the very fine print t on the back that excludes EVERYTHING you actually want. Also wait for stuff to go on sale. No point being "that guy" that pays 5xs more for something thats worth a quarter of the price. Town Center location is much better than Oak Park Mall. I would have given a 5 star but their coupons annoy me!

Clothing, footwear, accessories, bedding, furniture, jewelry, beauty products, and housewares. Mostly it’s clothing though. I was disappointed on this visit with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Also, they were the shortest toilets I have ever seen...

What do you mean by big and tall selection?
This Macy’s location does not sell furniture. The Macy’s in the Oak Park Mall has an external furniture store from the mall.

We buy the tools of the trade 13 pic, I think it's 39$ including tax
Clerks and customers wear masks, however there is no social distancing of customers. I saw many customers often wearing their masks below their noses or under their chins. There are plexiglass barriers put up by the checkout mostly to help protect the checkout staff. Crowding often occurs at the check out so best to stay away and wait to see when people have checked out.
They do!
Not locally; check website
