Comparing square footage to the store on the plaza it is a smaller store, but they have a lot stocked in that small space and it is very well organized. Each salesperson in the store is very helpful and accommodating and I am asked several times if I need any help. They all very pleasant and are always willing to help. Randy, who I believe is the store manager, recently helped me with a mess of an online order. He was extremely patient and not once did I feel like he was talking down or getting short with me. He was nothing but accommodating and took the time to explain what happened and apologized on behalf of Express for the online mishap. I appreciate the level of service he and his store provides and I will most certainly continue to shop there.

Reese is amazing!! She helped me and was pleasant early in the day. I went in later that day in a completely different attire and hair up and she recognized me and remembered my name. Reese helped me with my $300 on line purchase. Give this girl a raise!! BTW, she has no idea I'm leaving this....

I went there to return and exchange the clothes which I had ordered onlined because of the size. And the staffs were really helpful to find the right size for me from other stores near by or online.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
