Best buying experience I have had in a while! An employee named Evan helped me and he was the perfect person to help me get setup with a new e bike. Even when i wanted to edit my order, the staff was very nice and professional. Very happy with my purchase and will only come to Erik's for bike help.

I came into two different stores to get an electric bike. Both were supposed to call back when something came in. They didn’t. I went in and worked with Tyler and he showed me a bike I loved and I bought it. He was helpful and upbeat.

I had a good experience at Erik’s Bike’s. The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Plenty of bikes to choose from for the most part. I purchased a 2021 Santa Cruz Chameleon D+ Hardtail. I was under the impression that it was a 2022 though. BatesX3 from Kansas City is happy with our purchase and would recommend this place as a good bike shop to visit.

I appreciate the help I received in ordering my bike. I also appreciate the emails I received to let me know of the status of my balance. When I went to pick up my bike the person checking me out did not offer me any service as to determine if my bike was adjusted to my size.
