Yes. They charge by the pound for smoking. There is already brisket available in the store though.

You have until the Friday before thanksgiving. The 17th will be the last day we are accepting meat to smoke to be ready for Thanksgiving.
We will have turkey gravy for Thanksgiving buy don't carry it until mid November.
They don't roast or fry. They will smoke what u bring them at $2 a pound.
We had to wear a mask going in, they did too. And they washed hands and wore gloves while processing our order, also, no dining in, only carry out

For Thanksgiving we had them smoke our turkey for basically 2 dollars a lb. Our 15lb turkey was 31 dollars to smoke and it tasted awesome.

We charge $1.50/lb to smoke a turkey you bring to us. We do have to have by end of day on the 17th to be able to return it before Thanksgiving.
If you bring the turkey on Tuesday the 14th. Your first available pickup will be Monday the 20th.

No, we do not slice bone in meat, aside from Ham steaks. We can cut a turkey in half but no slicing.
No, we prefer frozen meat to prevent dripping on floors, but will handle fresh meat too.
