Such a clean and nice looking store. Shame the night operations team is abysmal. They leave one lane open with the grouchiest lady working almost to see how long they can make the line of customers wait. Never seen anything like it and I’ve been to a fair share of grocery stores across the States.

Great grocery store with reasonable prices a top notch bakery! I have been getting birthday cakes for me children here for the past few years and have never had a compliant.

I was in town walked in this store to see if I could order a cake and flowers for delivery in a week to my daughter for her Birthday. My first encounter was Tom in the floral department. Excellent customer services he we so helpful answered my questions and was patient with my uncertainty. Then he sent me to the bakery for the cake portion of my request and here i met John what a sweet man. Together we were able to figure the best plan and cake for what I wanted. I initially thought I would have to double check with a phone call to confirm my request but he reassured me that he came in at noon during the week and he would make sure it was know by everyone in the department. I commend whatever program was used to hire John, he takes pride in his work and Price Chopper should be proud to give him and others the opportunity, Now. the true test is the delivery completion on Friday March 11th. When I talked to my daughter the next day I told her i had gone there for some Kansas products and insisted she go that store to buy her grocery items and she also enjoyed her experience. In closing i would like to say while shopping I also witnessed i assume the store manager walking around and checking the sections i overheard him talking to the deli manger and she was updating on the section. I have recently retired from a customer service position and listening show the caring and service that make the team! Please commend Tom from floral and John from Bakery for their excellent customer service.

Visited at 5:45PM The people are nice, and the store is clean. The hot deli was very confusing for me. They have several big tv screens that I expected would have a menu on them. But they are just advertisement. I expected they would be like other grocery stores and have a chicken dinner type of thing, but they don't. I eventually had someone come and explain how their hot deli works and she was very nice and helpful. It would be more helpful to be able to see prices more easily without requiring me to find someone to ask. The potatoes were good but the chicken was not what I expected. We ate about half and the rest will just be tossed. So, nice people, beautiful store, but I had incorrect expectations.
