I had a haircut with Brenda and I was super explicit about what I wanted and ended up with hair way shorter than I asked for. It is also completely uneven despite having it checked. It’s actually laughable considering how simple my haircut was

I was a consumer at the retail and academy for over 25years. A few days a ago the worst experience. Educators Robert and Tonya the WORST, they need MORE training, Tonya only knows how to make excuses, rather that admit stuff happens, own up to it. Robert needs to under the customer comes first. They both need to learn to be professional and learn how to TEACH with kindness. My opinion and word on the street both are incompetent. On the other hand Nicole, Elena, etc the best. I have attempted to connect with higher management NO RESPONSE. Now you know why the school is closing.

Love it this is my second hair cut at Gene Juarez academy. My first time was in January with Cinnamon and today she was no available so they sent an email 24 hours before my appointment to see if I wanted to keep the appointment or reschedule. I decided to keep the appointment and Lauren did my hair cut just as Cinnamon Lauren did an excellent job I'm so happy and grateful with my hair cut. Thank you for the excellent service.💇‍♀️👍🙏😇💜💜💜💜

Went for my first haircut in over 2 years! I have been growing out my hair to about waist length but I almost always have it up in a bun because I didn't know how to style it down and it looked flat. I was scheduled with Roo and they did such an amazing job! I explained I wanted a trim and some texture so I could wear it down more often. The whole appointment was about an hour and I left with a great cut and some new recommendations for my hair. *Note that you can only tip in cash. I felt bad I didn't have the amount I wanted to give on hand. Overall a great experience and plan to schedule another trim in the future.
