They don't keep track of some of their inventory. I went to another location in search of a matching mirror with no luck. Lots of items are overpriced. I wonder how this store keeps track of their things for their taxes.

My first time. Wife forced me to go but I was excited for the possible items, the many we needed for our new house. However, for a superstore with "everyday low prices", I was quickly disappointed. Discounts or for instance shelving and storage was apparently all supposed to be 50% off but then near the shelving and storage another sign only said 40% and then another sign said keep an eye out for the red stickers identifying the items. We were there for two corner shelving units, a regular shelving unit, book case and possible large dinning room cabinets but only thing we could find with stickers in them were damaged. Everything else for being a superstore was not everyday low prices and they had no book cases.

Did all my shopping $600 worth. When I got to the front the clerk had trouble with the coupon that I had signed up for prior and received so I asked for a manager. The manager came and she was of no help. Just said it's not scanning so they can't honor it even though I had shown her what I received. I left all of the things from the 2 hours I spent shopping there and bought at a better store who actually appreciates their customers. I will spread the word to my friends of the terrible service here and bad appreciation of customers. When you advertise 10% off and send the coupon and people spend all that time shopping there and then you don't honor it it's deceitful. I will avoid going here forever and my friends will spread this around you can be assured. Your manager she was very disrespectful too if you care.
