Rude, condescending, and utterly unprofessional employees at this location. This is what is wrong with government employees doing business. They forget we are the customer that pays their salaries. The Asian man who works at the Passons location is no better than a dmv employee. He is completely disrespectful to every customer who walks through the door and talks down to them as if the customer is not educated. It is placed in a good location. I wish the U.S.postal service would clean house of all the dead weight who are Not kind to the people of Pico Rivera who utilize this office, and replace them with employees that appreciate a small town that holds values in treating your neighbor with kindness.

I've had a few issues with my packages being delivered to my po box but they're always able to help me out and get to the bottom of what happened. And, in all, I've always received my packages. They do take the time to search and investigate to comply with your needs. And they've never been rude even though I'm sometimes frustrated. I like this post office.

I can get my passport without an appointment in this email thanks
After 5pm only letters in the lobby box
Please call them this office has a very friendly and professional personnel
They put a piece of paper outside the door before they open to sign up. They attend in that order, if they are not there when they call, they lose their turn.
Bring proof of residence with your birth certificate.
Did you contact your post office? They can check to see exactly where your package was delivered. Just because you received notification your package was delivered, doesn't necessarily mean to your door.
When the mailman gets there. Unless it's a holiday or it's Sunday
Well when a carrier has a scheduled day off, another person is assigned to that route or broken up into smaller swings as we call them. And are usually done after the carrier delivers their route first.
