I am so upset at this place. This is the second time that I go and the line is out the door with only one cashier open. When I spoke to the manager, he said he could not do anything about it. There is definitely poor management at this King Taco. There were many workers walking around or actually making the food but no one to take the orders. The work is not distributed evenly. I waited about half an hour in line just to order and another half out to deliver my order. It was absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!! I have a bad knee and was standing with great difficulty.I am not disabled enough to ask for special privileges. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!

King taco was before a great place to come get some really good tacos and burritos but know service really sucks. People wait 45 minutes to placed their order and another 25 to receive their order. This day the entire people sitting down were waiting for their order I only seeing one table with food. The food taste was horrible. If you're looking for a fast place to get your tacos don't come here. It's terrible.

The food is good but there's always a long line. I waited an hour for my food. I would've gave a 5 star rating but an hour waiting for my food is way to long to be waiting for when your hungry! Plus they didn't have any lemons for the food! What Mexican restaurant doesn't have lemons for there food for there costumers? Even catering trucks have chopped up lemons for there customers!

Excessively long line...it literally wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. The parking lot was full and only one cashier was open. My order was correct and was good. Everyone I saw kept their distance and kept the line moving.

We are terribly sorry for the waiting times. Our restaurant has been busy lately and it is sometimes difficult to keep up, but we are working on this problem. I hope to serve you again soon.

MANAGEMENT TRYING TO HAVE LESS PERSONNEL IN THE KITCHEN AND CASHIERS TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCE INSIDE THE KITCHEN... USING PLEXI GLASS DIVIDERS BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS.. ALSO SOCIAL DISTANCE FOR CUSTOMERS AS WELL... IT'S TAKING A LITTLE BIT LONGER TO GET YOUR FOOD BUT WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND...
Each batch is made when the trays are near empty so if there are chips left over that hadnt been served those are on the bottonm so that maybe the reason most fast fpod places do this w the exception of in/out burger where the french fries are cut from an actuall potato not the flash frozen ones that McDonald's,carls jr or other restaurant use
Hahaha, yeah, you're right. I spoke with a manager of the restaurant and he told me that they take time because the staff they have is new and that almost every month they are changing employees because they leave, they cannot take it or they do not like the work.
