We were able to get two rooms on a weekday evening with no reservation. Key card machine was broken for 2 hours so the staff had to escort each guest to their room anytime they needed in until about 8pm when the card machine was fixed and I was able to get my key card for the room. A 10% discount would've been a nice comp for the inconvenience. Hallway on floor#4 was very hot & stuffy. Probably 80 degrees or more. Room was clean when we arrived and AC unit was on and the room was a bit stuffy, but came down to 70 degrees after a little over 2 hours. It was 100 degrees outside when we arrived. Shower water pressure was certainly weak compared to other Hamptons I've stayed in. Ice from the machine tasted like plastic. Staff was excellent and did everything in their power to make for happy guests, which was much appreciated. There were some homeless folks milling around not too far from the hotel but I didn't see anyone on the hotel property.

Excellent place to stay! Very friendly workers at the front desk. They offer you water when you check in, and they are accommodating. The room was large and had a comfortable bed. My only complaint would be that the air wouldn't stay kicked on, and without it, the walls are thin. You can hear neighbors and the people in the parking lot very clearly. This may have been something that I just couldn't figure out, so I wouldn't hold this against them! Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

My Family enjoyed the staying here, it very nice simple room big room, quiet, the customer service were very nice, respectful and helpful. Kids love it was clear and nice,, the clear serve was very nice love the Swan, Good place to stay. Prices good. Hope our next adventure will stop here again. God bless. Martinez family.

The hotel and our room were well appointed, bright and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Although the hotel is located off of I-40 it is kind of hidden behind another hotel and was not easily spotted. (We were heading west bound in I-40 -- don't know if that makes a difference). The staff were polite and helpful; however, heads-up about extra pillows: they will only give you two. (Not the biggest deal but was surprising)
