Nice Cool Rooms to Get In Out of The Heat. Comfortable and Clean, Breakfast Was Good for The Most Part.

Continued.. my retainers were extremely visible you know that those are not suppose to be thrown away. I am so disappointed over this entire situation. I would not want anyone else to experience having to deal with something like this. Watch your items especially at this location. And be sure to take photos of your belongings so in the event that they get up and walk away you have proof so they can reimburse you. And one more thing they obviously do not train their housekeeping staff very well because they apparently don’t know the difference between trash and somebody’s belongings.

Yes, very limited breakfast. Rooms were clean but hotel looks like an old Motel 6. Book this hotel only if there are no other options in Las Cruces. Got to be one of the worse Fairfield Inns that I’ve ever stayed.

Upon checking into the hotel I was greeted and thanked for being a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member. I appreciate the recognition, because I have not always received courteous service at other Marriott properties. The staff for the most part was very courteous and professional. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. Nice amenity with pool and workout room. Hotel is conveniently located off the highway and was a good value for the money. The only thing lacking at the property was the breakfast and one of the dining staff. I understand that due to Covid that the property is limited to what they can serve. But the food was not even hot. And the first morning we were served by a courteous employee. Unfortunately the next morning there was no one serving food, and I simply asked the dining hall employee if he was serving the food, and his reply was, "you can get it yourself." Not very professional. But I did not let one employee impact my overall opinion of the property.
