I followed a teller to this bank cause it seems all the small, personal banks get sold to bigger ones... These guys are great people, they aren't bothered to get to know us at all, it comes from the heart for sure, thank you Mountain Pacific Bank for all that you do:). I tend to write reviews only when I am not happy with a company, I am changing my ways and trying to get reviews out with the ones I love too:)

Love the local, personal feel that this bank is all about and especially Kathleen S. I remember going to the bank with my grandparents, the tellers all knew our names when we walked in the door and genuinely cared about us. This is Mountain Pacific, it's like you step back in time, where customer service was an action and not a buzz word. Keep it up!
