Dirty! Almost nothing was stocked. All young kids who need to be trained properly. A general lack of knowledge and care with the 4 employees I spoke to. Zero motivation. Sandwiches were a complete mess. Will not come back to this store.

The lady with a top bun(acting like she owns the place) is very rude and doesn't help the other staff. They are swamped and she's acting like she's busy on the iPad. She doesn't value hard work. She was ringing up customers and bagging a sandwich every 3 minutes after the other staff made the orders. LAZY!!!

Here's the thing about Subway... You go, you wait 40 minutes in line while the employees make every online order in front of your order, the manager wanders around doing probably important things even though they have a line to the door, and you end up with a mediocre sandwich with too much mayo and not enough olives. But you return over and over again. There should be some conspiracy theory about this, because no other business stays in business with such horrible customer service and food. I don't know their secret.

Second time at this location and not impressed. I usually love Subway. The first visit they charged us for an extra sandwich, chips, and drink. We didn’t catch it until we were about home so we had to turn around and get a refund for the food we were charged for. This time we ordered online. My sandwich was so gross, they smothered my sandwich in so much salt and pepper that I couldn’t even eat it—literally tasted like the caps of the salt and pepper shaker fell off and spilled all over the sandwich. I don’t really want to come here anymore.

For this location? My guess is 100% yes. These people are apathetic to the core
Employees were wearing masks and it was possible to social distance but employees were not enforcing the customer mask policy while we were there.
