These folks are always on point! They get you in on time, even if you're just a walk in, you aren't generally waiting for too long. My son's stylest was very personable and nice and made my son's hair look great as usual. Over hearing conversations, the other stylists seemed to really listen to what others needs were!

My husband had a botched haircut from this location last year, but I saw great reviews and wanted to try again. My stylist was very sweet but definitely needs a LOT more training. I also think a more experienced manager should be present at all times to check on clients cuts. I asked for a bob with some layers. She barely glanced at the picture and ignored what I said about how I part my hair in different styles. I told her I was fine with it being a little shorter than the picture I provided. But after awhile she got really quiet and just kept cutting and cutting. I have gaps in my hair on both sides, I can’t part it in any way except exactly where she parted it, and the front is shorter than the back. This is after I mentioned that the back was longer and she “fixed” it. She blow dried my hair pretty fluffy and textured so I couldn’t see the extent of the damage until I got home and straightened my hair. I reached out to customer service and haven’t had a response. I don’t usually complain but this is pretty bad.

My wife came home and screamed at me, “Why did you let our kid cut his hair with scissors?!” I replied, “You mean why the hell did I let Great Clips cut his hair with scissors?” If you take your kid to this Great Clips, you might just be a redneck...heres your sign.
