Pretty bad, Take long to give one burger and for get meal items. They replace items not in the same price range and give the meal without telling the customer that they replaced your meal with something else. Manager gets mad when you bring it up. Bad place to go. I don't even think the owner cares because it is the same things that happen an nothing has changed. Sorry but yall have to do something.
Disposable Thumbs (The BEASTS)
I can assure you that this isn't a rant about how terrible the wait is or how badly I was treated when eating at DQ. See, I've always been treated nicely when ordering food, maybe that's cause I'm a teenage guy. Not the point- See, even when going through the drive through, it's not even that bad. It's not horrible for being a fast food joint. If y'all look for a fairly quick bite, I'd suggest going in and taking it out after paying. That's just my view.
Boogie
They keep getting little hairs in the food. Tonight I picked up what looks like an eyelash on my onion rings, and it is just so repulsive to see. It honestly ruins your appetite for the rest of the meal. They really need to fix their hair problems, because I've been noticing it often here lately. On a previous occasion, about a couple months ago, I had pulled a couple hairs out of my mouth while eating my blizzard, and the time before that I found one chillin' on my Flamethrower. Gross!! 😤😤😤 Next time I find one, I'm really gonna have to take photos... it's just that these hairs are just so small, I'm not sure if the camera can pull them into focus.

The Ice Cream is kind of hard to mess up at DQ, but it’ll be melted before you get your food. I’ve never left a negative review before, but it took an hour from the time we got in line until we got our food (inside the store). There was only 1 person ahead of us in line…20 minutes to order and another 40 to get cold hamburgers and fries (they didn’t even microwave it-as noted in a previous review). I’m always patient with the young kids working, but they need some more help, better processes, urgency, or a new manager. No apologies were given, but I guess I shouldn’t complain too much since this is the first time they’ve gotten our order correct.

Yes this will be open soon but so far i went other day shopping get few stuff that we need for our dinner but one of the cashier employee told us should be within One Week From 6/18/18 so very soon we should hear the Confirmation Date for Grand Opening but we have wait little longer since i am only a customer that shops there frequently so they just told us to keep on Facebook Ridleys Family market and DQ Twitter they may announce and newspaper very soon but i have no idea when but that what we been told within 1 week to confirm the Grand Opening date so i would just keep on eye and just watch for it @Torrey
Cleaning frequently and wiping things off. Everyone wearing nose bras.
