Great trails. Unfortunately, most of the land is privately owned and is slowly being developed. So far, however, the developers are working with the local MTB community to reroute and rebuild the trails.

Park at Hidden Hollow elementary and then ride up the dirt road until you get to a big rock pile with dirt parking lot. From the parking lot there are a lot of trails to use. I would suggest downloading Trailforks app to see all the trails.
I have seen dogs off leash before. I've never seen a sign or anything against it. There are mountain bike teams that like to practice there. It is also a popular place for runners. I would recommend a leash if your dog doesn't do well around other people/ other dogs. If the dog is well behaved and can handle being around a lot of people/ dogs, you shouldn't have a problem.
