Was in a pinch today, had to trailer a horse to Heber and couldn’t get my truck tire to fill up and it was at 10psi. I went to jiffy lube not realizing they closed at 6, I got there at 5:55 and the manager and guys took the time to fix the valve on my tire and fill it up along with checking and filling up my other tire. Super nice and took extra time out of their day. Super appreciative. Service there has been awesome every time I’ve gone.

Went to get my oil changed and they told me I needed to change my brake pads AND rotors. Over $500. I asked them just to change the brake pads and they said they couldn’t do that unless I get all of it fixed. So I went to a different place to get a second opinion…. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was wrong with any part of my brakes. Not even the pads needed to be changed. They are all in great condition. They tried to ream me, which is a joke.

Had the brakes done on my vehicle, after they finished they still made a horrible squeal so I took it back asked if they could do an inspection and change the oil. Confirmed at the consultation that I need an oil change and an inspection of the front brakes. When checking out I asked what they found out about the brakes they informed me they did not do an inspection but said they would send the manager out to take a look. The manager walked outside looked at the vehicle, came back in he said they looked new but he can’t really tell unless he puts it on a rack I said OK can we go ahead and do that he then raised his voice and told me he could not do that because of how long it takes to lift a vehicle and that there was a long line of cars now. I chose to pay for my oil change and leave as I have zero confidence the manager has the ability to even diagnose the problem. There are no words to explain the lack of competence that is running this store and I would not recommend anyone using their services for safety reasons.
