I used to LOVE this store. I spent on the average of $40 per day here. NOT ANYMORE. 1. The refills on their 100 ounce Holiday Mug is $3.59. 7-11 is 93 CENTS. 2. The mug which is their store brand does not fit in the drink dispenser. 3. Their staff of late is unfriendly. I miss the old crew. There is a manager now named Ashley (I think). Never smiles and horribly confrontational and defensive. 4. They have a display island in between the registers which confuses the customers as to their place in line. Just move the island two feet to the west and problem solved. I simply will not go in there any longer. Thank god for the 7-11 a couple blocks to the west. They make the visit fun and friendly. I will continue to buy gas for the Chevron brand. But I do not have to go in the store for that. Also, they have a great car wash.

Employees wearing masks on their chins while coughing and getting uncomfortably close to others. No regard to the pandemic. No enforcement for the people refusing to wear masks.

Went through their car wash and it completely took my bumper off. Not only that but as the bumper was off the brushes were making it spin around all over the floor and scratched it completely up, to the point I couldn’t just put it back on. They then were refusing to pay for it stating that my bumper had work done on it and was loose. Which is not the case I had been though dozens of brush car washes with no issues at all. And I also had a certified auto collision shop look at it and they verified that the bumper was fixed at one point but it was put back on properly to the point that a car wash would have had to malfunction for it to be possible to rip it off. It was verified my bumper was secure with all the proper bolts and patches. Not being loose at all. They still refused to fix it with that information. It’s pretty crummy this very profitable company can’t pay out $1000 when something that’s at their fault arises and they could care less to make it right. I also heard during this incident when I went in to check where they were the lady working was calling her supervisor to tell her what had happened and I heard her say “It was the same one that broke the cars window last week.” So clearly this car wash is malfunctioning left and right. I would stay far way from this place and it’s AWFUL customer care.
