Went in at 6pm one guest in the store. Manager was nice but said we had to online order even though 3 employees in the building. Phone wouldn’t work wasn’t worth the hassle. Noodles and co is not ever in our choices so we decided to give it a try. Manager just following company protocol. If you learn to run it slow you’ll be slow.

Don’t go to this location if you plan on ordering food. Apparently they’re short staffed so you can only order online. The only problem is there’s little to no cell service at this location. The most frustrating part was there was 4 employees standing around doing nothing. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my phone to load only to have it freeze up when I tried to pay. We had no choice but to walk out. So did everyone else in the store at the time. If you want people to order themselves, setup a kiosk. It’s not that hard. Maybe you could also train your staff to be a little nicer too considering you’re making it impossible to order. I really have no desire to ever eat here again.

I am never this person but idk why I keep ordering from here. Ordered a drink, didn’t get it. My orders are never correct. Not even the correct cheese being used. Never open. Super frustrating location especially with not much around anyway.

I love Noodles and company and I've been craving their Mac and cheese with steak. I had it delivered with a free delivery I had earned. The meat looks like shredded beef not steak and I didn't get the drink I ordered. This location used to be great but over the last few months quality has slipped alot. Probably won't go to this location unless things start to change.
