What a wonderful experience I had today at Mavis Tires. I had an unexpected family emergency and the level of customer service that was given to me was awesome. Joe, Mel, and Cassandra made me feel like I was necessary and important as they had other customer to take care of too. I didn't have an appointment but they got everything done in a timely matter. I thank them for making my trip worry free. If you have a need they will meet it. The kindness that was shown will not be forgotten.

I had a great experience with Mavis recently on a road trip. Our car was overheating, we were 10 hours from home and it was almost quitting time for the mechanic on duty. He stayed late, however, and had us back on the road in less than half an hour. I really appreciated the friendly, accommodating staff, and would do business with them again enthusiastically. I highly recommend Mavis tires and brakes, they’re extremely helpful and respectful. I had a problem with my tire valve and They solved my issue within an hour. They’re quick and really efficient and I would recommend anyone to them. When you go in there ask for Lily, she’s the best.
