The lady that works at the office is really rude it kinda feels like she is racist when I interact with her. I can’t even go outside and play because she will start taking pictures of us and telling us to leave and go inside I don’t know what her problem with me and my family is but we have never done anything bad to her she is just rude for no reason. Also when if you try to pick up a package from the front office she will make you wait outside even if it is raining and when she comes out with your package she gives you this mean look. She’s needs to be fired and the owner needs to get someone new that doesn’t cause problems with anyone. This has been going on for a while now I hope the owner somehow sees this and fires her and finds someone new.

the lady that works in the office is very hostile towards my family and me and sometimes it feel as if she was racist… my mom has interacted with her a few times and she did not give her the best expression. often we feel harassed by her, all those rules that i only hear her giving us but whenever i ask someone else it seems like those rules do not apply to them… she is a maniac watching us from the camera the she has in front of our location.. she watches every step and if we do something she dislike she will go report it to the owner. we have not any harm to anyone whatsoever, we moved down here in hopes to start fresh and feel everyone would welcome us, however that has not been the case. at her she should not be doing that “job” if you wanna call that a job… i see her interesting with everyone with mail people and the maintenance even without her mask sometimes and others that live around here. when it comes to others and us she will make you stand there doesn’t care if it’s pouring rain to look for your package and will hand almost throw it to you with a mean look, as if that wasn’t her job? i would give it one start if i could because the water shortages are not something to be happy about either .

You'll have to call the front office and ask or ride through the park yourself. Some places are move in ready most are full up and some are just coming to the area.
75,00-150,00 if that much. These are not brand new homes, this is and old neighborhood. I've known it when i was a small child, I'm 53 now. Lots of room for new homes /Trailors. Good clean family Oriented

Hi Heather, right now we don't have any availability at Savannah Pines or nearby Nassau Woods. I recommend riding through both communities as sometimes residents will rent out their own homes.
