I came in to get the Oil Changed and tires rotated on my 2017 Nissan Altima. While in route I noticed a strange shift in my transmission. I reported my concerns to Nic the service manager and without hesitation he put me in a service loaner. The next day I was informed that the transmission on my 198,000 mile vehicle needed replacing. What a huge expense during these difficult times. However, my car has a life time warranty and the transmission was replaced and all I had to pay was a $100.00 deductible. There was several weeks of waiting on the transmission arrival but I was updated on a weekly basis by my service advisor. Thank you Grainger Nissan.
