0/5 stars realistically. Worst customer service. Longest check-out lines. Fitting rooms closed. The biggest deterrent for me to buy anything here is the fact that I cannot try anything on. Multiple times I have come in hopes of finding the fitting rooms open and time and time again they are closed (since start of pandemic in 2020). Multiple times I just leave all the things I want to try/buy and leave the store. Summer 2022 - no fitting rooms open.

Wow I normally do not like leaving bad reviews, but this Zara has the most atrocious customer service. I have never seen a line reach from one side of the cash register all the way to the end of the store and more and it was not budging for 10min. There were probably a good 50 people in line with just 2-3 registers open. I understand they’re understaffed, but there were multiple employees restocking on the floor. I asked the manager if there was anything they can do and they said they couldn’t and was very rude. What a shame 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The worst Zara store I have ever been in. They have 3 sections (men , women and kid) and they have 2 cashiers for the whole store ! Long line and be ready to wait for 20 - 30 minutes to pay for your stuff. You also need to know that the fitting room is closed for some reason.

Just left the store two minutes ago. I wanted to buy shoes for a wedding and found them there. But When I asked one employee for a bigger size she told me to wait 3 minutes her colleague. 30 minutes after her colleague was still not there and I went back to her to ask how long I am supposed to wait, she was laughing while telling me that she had been also waiting for long. Finally left the store without buying those shoes. Good store but the service deserves less than one star
