Darren was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback I was interested in, during the test drive & cheerfully demonstrated all its functions. Thank you Darren for making my car purchase so accommodating. I also would like to thank the entire team being patient and helpful when I was indecisive about my trade in. Darren took time out of his day off- even though I asked him a million question he was patient and kind ,Sally worked late in order for me to complete the paperwork, and everyone communicated with the managers and the owner so well… You really are a great Team! You not only care about and show respect for each other, you also demonstrated that same care for me and all my concerns. God Bless you all! I will definitely be back!

Russ, Jessica, and Brandon all made my experience purchasing my first electric vehicle a good one. Jessica was able to answer my questions and willing to get me an answer when she didn’t have it. Darren sold me an amazing car. He was focused, listened to all my needs and followed through with Everything! When/if I need to buy a car again Darren will be the man I see.. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Go to Infiniti of Bellevue and see him! Brandon was a Wiz at the financing, very quick, smart and knows exactly what he’s doing. Sean was kind, funny and even came outside to take a picture of Darren and myself next to my new car. I just Love this place!

I just purchased my first car from Jessica. She was incredibly kind and helpful texting with me for almost a week before my test drive. She answered all my questions as they trickled into my brain and she was not at all pushy. It seemed like she really wanted to help me find something good for me. Overall, such a nice experience and much better than I expected from a dealership.

HI, I have a 2003 infinity M45. Battery was dead.Replaced it. Now key fob will not turn ignition. But fob will open doors and trunk. Will not start. Had mechanic check out everything. He says fob and ignition needs to be programmed.

You should call the shop and ask to speak to a service department representative who can help you confirm and get it programmed if needed.
