Darren was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback I was interested in, during the test drive & cheerfully demonstrated all its functions. Darren sold me an amazing car. He was focused, listened to all my needs and followed through with Everything! When/if I need to buy a car again Darren will be the man I see.. She answered all my questions as they trickled into my brain and she was not at all pushy. It seemed like she really wanted to help me find something good for me. The power is out in the whole area. The phones and internet are all out.
You should call the shop and ask to speak to a service department representative who can help you confirm and get it programmed if needed.
