I rarely leave reviews, positive or negative but I feel compelled to. I have also been unfortunate enough to deal with one of AZ Property Managements agents l, David Myer. I agree with the previous reviews regarding David. Any company that has employees that are such dishonest people and takes advantage of others like David Myer does, has to be a dishonest as he is. A company is a reflection of it's employees. David Myer is a true snake in the grass. If your considering doing business with AZ Property Management & Investments PLEASE do not support slum lords and people taking advantage of people in need. There are plenty of reputable companies to choose from. My statements are facts. Do a quick record search with the City Of Phoenix using David Myers name and you'll see he has 20+ landlord violations and labeled a Slum Lord by the City. Also do a court record Search and you'll find same info. We are in a time where we all are struggling and need to stick together to take on bullies . I urge you to stay away from companies who support this behavior. Thank you

I have been renting through Arizona Property Management for the last 6 years now at 2 different locations. They have always treated me with respect and have been fair with any issues that have popped up with the properties. Payam has been in my corner for contracts and repairs. I treat the property as my own and they appreciate that. I have never had a problem being reimbursed for anything I paid for and repaired on my own.

You have to question a companies morals and honesty when they have people like David Myer as part of their staff. David Myer is not only a slum Lord but also a thief. He steals from his renters. The company it's self must be very dishonest if there employees are. Most of the positive reviews are fake. When all the reviews are directed twords one person all and are all positive, they are encouraged by people he knows or all fake. There all directed twords the owner. If you invest or rent from Arizona Property Management and Investments you will only be contributing to thiese kind of practices and supporting them. You'll regret it shortly after. There's plenty of honest companies to choose from.
