I was very disappointed with my movie going experience at this AMC. The lobby was very dirty. They had a lot of employees just standing around talking while the concession stand line was very long. They didn’t have a lot of items in stock witch was very disappointing. We saw Minions: The Rise of Gru in auditorium #7. I bought my tickets online and selected our seats before we arrived at the theater. The auditorium wasn’t cleaned properly by the ushers from the last movie. It looks like the ushers just picked up the large trash items and that was it. When we get to our seats, there was already people sitting in them. This movie theater has no stadium seating at all. AMC needs to renovate and update this entire movie theater badly. The restrooms were not cleaned and there was graffiti written all over the bathroom stalls and walls. The only good thing about this theater is their reclining seats. I am usually a big fan of AMC Theaters but I will NEVER go back to this AMC again.

Despite theater looking relatively new there are definitely worn seats. Seats in the theater that aren't working properly. It looks like some of the pleather seats haven't been cleaned thoroughly. Washrooms are in disrepair. Men's restroom literally only had one working urinal and one working toilet and two working sinks. Soda, only one freestyle soda machine to serve all customers. There are definitely some things this theater is lacking! But it does have choose your own seats using QR codes and so despite the wear and tear and disrepair they are using some modern amenities. If you have a choice between theaters, and if you're still considering this one... don't! Understand that there are better options. Better customer service, and better amenities at other theaters just a little further north.

Enjoyed the movie but the theater was way too cold for us. I had to get a blanket from my car to share with my friend. Lot of empty seats in the theater. The women's bathroom was awful. Two stalls had doors removed. One stall was out of order and another had a toilet that was stuffed with brown paper towels. We hope the management will do something about it. Otherwise it's a lovely theater.

Staff is friendly..they are a nice. Plentiful free parking. All seats are recliners and they serve alcohol. No arcade games ... they have a soda machine that has 1000s of flavor combinations, icees, pizza ,nachos..popcorn corn .sweet popcorn... plenty to eat No issues
