Roaches, flooding, A/C that breaks down and can't handle the Vegas heat. Could it get worse? Yes. I also lived next to people who were a nuisance 24/7. After multiple complaints to the property manager, "legal action" was taken that resulted in nothing happening at all to stop their noise for long. Also, behind the complex you are treated to loud live mariachi bands every weekend all evening and night long.

I've been a tenant since April. I pay my rent on time and don't cause any problems. Recently my a/ c unit went out. I've called numerous times and sent emails. When I asked for the number to corporate I was told . They don't give that information out, Google it. I've been without a/c since September 2nd. When I called today the lady had the nerve to say the work order was complete and the problem was fixed. So now that a new work order is in progress she don't know when they will be able to get to it. Last time checked being without a/c in the state of Nevada more than 48hrs was considered a emergency . Yet this people have the nerve to get a attitude with me as if I was the problems. My patience is wearing thin and at this point if I decided not to pay my rent in October I would probably get evicted.y next step is legal action.

They constantly do things to make you uncomfortable. They harass you. I have always paid my rent on time never miss. And they constantly keep doing things to make me try to move around here. Why? They cut down the beautiful flower shrubs, and did a eye sore job. When they should be concerned with so much other stuff around here. Sad they took the beauty from this dark cloud.

I don't know about all these horror stories that I see on here, but I agree we need more than one maintenance man on the job. Problems needing to be fixed are too slow and emegency issues make it take that much longer to get anything done. The new landlord has been here longer than two months and is not black, so I'm unsure of who most of these people are talking about. So don't believe all the over hype. I get my apartment sprayed every two to three weeks, but because someone in these apartments refuses to get their place sprayed their roaches are becoming our roaches! Even the mandatory spraying of all apartments isn't working, which means they need to get all he buildings and not rotate them once a month. My only concern is the car ports that have colasped and the fact that one has been laying around wrecked for a month at least and hasn't been fixed. people are taking our parking spots and I have been told to park elsewhere because of my 2 wheeled vehicle is gas powered and considered a fire hazzard, but people have been trying to steal it and I have fought two assailiants who have atteptted to take it right from infront of my house! I'm not a gun owner because I know me but, I'm about to change that unless someone can do something soon. I'm too old to be fighting these people over my own property. I didn't served my country only to come home to fight another war against teenage thieves who are bold enough to try and take from me, I'm tired but not enough to let people take from me.
