We have worked with Specialty Graphics since we started our business in 2012. Their service is top notch, and the quality of the products is great! We recently had a very small problem with some labels not being cut sufficiently . I let them know, and they realized that the blades had become dull. Not only did they immediately sharpen the blades, they replaced the order at no charge.
