The place is clean and quiet other than the city noise, which is unavoidable. I was, however, very frustrated that the bathrooms are locked at 9pm and not unlocked until 7am. You have to add an app to your phone as well to access the locks which is highly inconvenient. We travel in the winter time in a dry RV because we're from Montana. Not having access to the bathrooms made the rental of the RV space nearly useless for us. We could have parked at Wal-Mart or Lowes and saved the money. I understand they don't want passersby to use the facility, but to lick it down for the tenants is a bit extreme. I will never stay at this particular park again.

I made an overnight reservation to stay here as I was taking my trailer home from being serviced. The reservation was for Saturday. I had the trailer winterized and planned on using the on-site bathroom for the overnight stay. There were no staff on arrival Saturday and no one answered the phone or replied to my email requesting assistance. There was supposed to be an email with a link that would give me access to the bathroom that I never received. Bottom line: you cannot provide good service at an RV park without someone accountable on-site.

Park was sold and new management no longer provides for any amenities despite what is listed on invoices and website, including: WIFI (there is ZERO WIFI), washer and dryer machines (machines have been broken for months), no longer offering mail services (this was stoped without warning and without the ability to forward mail), office hours are nonexistent (no one is ever there despite office hours posted), bathrooms are disgusting, trash overflowing in communal cans and dumpster areas. Prices have dramatically increased and with amenities no longer being provided I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere unless you like trash, heavy freeway noise, high prices, and falsely advertised amenities. Also, if you’ve made a reservation and can’t find your space— that’s because the park map is numbered incorrectly and no one has bothered to fix it.
