WARNING !!! DO NOT APPLY FOR THEM!!! I called in to get more information about my application and spoke with Tonya. She was rushing to get me off the phone and even said she can refuse service. (Which is ILLEGAL) ! We paid $90 already and you want to refuse service because I’m asking for your name and ur managers name?!?!? WOW!!! I was trying to get more information cleared up and she was so nasty she had a big attitude for no reason! I asked to speak with someone else because I felt that she was being rude she said “she sounds like this everyday” I told her she works in customer service and this isn’t right how she’s being! All I did was call in to get more information on our application we already submitted and how to provide my husband self employment to them. Very rude customer service! I asked for her name and her managers name and she began to say that the manager won’t be able to talk to me if it’s in regards of the questions she already answered. I told her that I felt like she was being rude and not helping me and rushing to get off the phone!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE IF I KNEW I WOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY BECAUSE OF WANTING TO KNOW THE MANAGERS NAME!!! Before I could even ask to speak with someone else she says it s just her and she’s the assistant manager and she would have to set up an appointment with the manager!! The property manager needsTO CLEAN HOUSE!

If I could give this place no stars I would. They never answer the phones. I had to come up to the office and encountered a girl name Destiny who rolled her eyes at me and was so disrespectful and rude. My heater has not been working for weeks and have submitted multiple work orders. Their excuse has been they are short staffed and I have been more than patient. Her bosses should pay more attention to that girl she has no customer service at all. The property is filthy. Trash bins are overloaded and pet feces is everywhere. The property is tagged by all these bad kids and the mailboxes are being broken into. They false advertise about working gates. I never post bad reviews but the way this girl treated me was so disrespectful and unacceptable. This place needs security but they are so cheap. My car was broken into two times. Save your money. These apartments are overpriced. I can't wait for my lease to end. My experience here has been horrible.

Every other month this happens due to poor maintenance and upkeep. When the tenants try to call they hey no response just attitude!!! Don’t ever live here!!! They take your money and run and try to evict you for speaking up about it!!!

I am a US Army veteran and Ovarian Cancer Survivor. I moved from Chesterfield, MO to Las Vegas, NV because my spouse whom is also a veteran accepted a position here. If this is an example of what living in Vegas is about then I'd definitely say stay away at all cost. If there were zero stars thats what I would give it! From applying to move in til now it has been a very awful situation! I initially applied for apartment 2077 after being showed an updated apartment and asking if thats the same type of apartment I'd receive and was told yes. I also asked when it would be available and was told May 15. After I took in my deposit and paid my application fee thats where the negatives started! The move in date was supposed to be May 15 but was moved to May 19 and on my move in date of May 19th, I get there to them saying "we've been trying to reach you theres a problem with your apartment, it isn't ready it was an eviction and by law we have to give them 30 days." So instead they moved me to Apartment 2028, the leasing agent stated we are aware of some issues in the apartment but we will have maintenance there by Wednesday May 22nd. Maintenance never showed. Not only was there an active beehive in the shingles of my apartment roof they were coming into my apartment through the vents and I'm highly allergic. Fast forward a few weeks into the move I started noticing small red bumps on my body that itched. Then had my wife come check out the apartment "She has spent over 10 years working in hotel maintenance and she told me babe you have bed bugs." During this time my work hours didn't permit me to go into office but I called everyday leaving messages with no response. I finally took off work and stopped in to talk and was told the manager wasn't available but they would get it taken care of! Well... taking care of for them was in July after multiple attempts to contact and request them at least come inspect, nothing. Bianca covers for Estrella and neither of them care about how their new tenants are living and they thinking fixing an issue is a waste of time if you say you want to leave! After they filed for eviction they send a bee company to come inspect and he puts up caution tape and leaves. Beehive wasn't cleared until July! So they bully you and try to get an eviction on your record before providing you habitable living! The state that I'm from you can withhold rent until services are rendered to make your residence livable. Those aren't the laws here in Las Vegas, NV. I was smart and have video evidence, pictures, call records and emails. I want to move anyway because as a decent human I couldn't cautiously pay money to people of this character and demeanor and after spending my time fighting for this country to even think I'd ever be treated this way is unbelievable! I promised to dedicate the rest of my time on this earth fighting against property management companies like this!!! If you too have been bullied by this company please reach out to me immediately!!!
