I left this place bawling my eyes out. Wasted money on administrative fees and an application. I applied July 1st. Told them I needed to be out of my place now July 23rd. I was told they would know if I was approved right away. I told them my credit isn’t the best and they said they would most likely require a higher deposit. Great. After applying and paying for everything…. A week later I started calling. Nobody would answer. Finally someone did. They told me they didn’t see I paid for the application and didn’t have any receipts of me applying. So I sent over everything AGAIN. Days later after calling numerous times, a lady answered and said everything looked great and that I just needed to send bank statements. I asked if I was approved and they told me everything looked great and they would be moving me into a spot. I sent over bank statements…. Didn’t hear back from anyone. There was a point I called EVERY SINGLE HOUR EVERYDAY. Nobody would pick up the phone. I even emailed them. Finally someone called and left me a voicemail days later saying “we just need your bank statements.” I CALLED BACK… no answer. AT THIS POINT…. It’s July 16th. I was so fustrated I took off work and went into their office. The lady put in all my information right THERE AND THEN! Like how come it took y’all 2 weeks to do this?!?? And she said “you didn’t get approved I’m sorry. Everything looked good except credit. If you want you can call us on Monday and speak to ______ to see if she can help get you in.” No…. Nope. I walked out. I could’ve been told this days after applying in the beginning to look for another apartment. I was told by someone in their office that everything was set to go to move in. Now I’m running around looking for a place to live last minute before the 23rd. I walked to my car crying because they just showed absolutely no care. Completely sloppy. I’m out of $450 because of them. But more importantly…. A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME.

I’ve been here for over two years and I’ve been fraudulently charged on my account. Nobody can explain to me where the charges came from. When I pointed it out to the management team, they acknowledge the issue but have yet to fix it.I had visited the office on 5 separate occasions in two months(Issue was found out about in February) and they are dragging their feet to fix the issue. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

I love how Michelle in the office helped me with all my concerns and always tried her best to get things done! There’s only 2 maintenance workers that I want to acknowledge that try the hardest to get things done. An Asian one and a Hispanic older one. I can’t say the same for the rest. Same goes for people in the office. Communication has not been great but I want to give an awesome review to those that have went above and beyond. I love my apartment. No bugs, no issues and we have Amazon lockers so I love it :)
