I called customer service on 4/19/21 and they said mattresses can be dropped off at any of their 3 locations and there's no fees.

Yes they do accept these trees, as long they are cut to about 4' - 6' sections. Keep it low to your bed with the straps, so they don't think it's too much, & turn you away.
