Horrible service. We brought in my laptop for a simple battery replacement. The worker had no idea what they were doing with the model of laptop and declined to watch a simple instructional video. The reason we took the laptop there in the first place was that we were anxious about replacing the battery ourselves. After the battery was replaced and we were home, we powered on the laptop and the keyboard was not working. The keyboard is now permanently damaged and would not be able to be fixed without more time and money put into it for repairs. The workers were unqualified and unwilling to look things up to do a simple battery replacement. I would have just done the replacement on my own if I knew what would happen. Very disappointing and I'll never go back.

I recently constructed a new computer, and realized I needed help getting the BIOS set up, but I couldn’t flash it because of no flash button and I didn’t have an old Ryzen processor. I took my computer in to get it updated. I can’t remember his name (it was the manager of the store, super awesome guy), but he helped me get it all worked out. Not only that, he rewired all my components to make it look nice, put my cooler back on for free and reapplied the thermal paste I already had on, and made sure everything was working well. I have never before received customer service like this. It was amazing, going above and beyond even what I had expected going on. Thank you so much!

We do! If it's something simple we usually don't change anything. Depending on the device and complications of the installation, there might be a small labor fee. But we offer free evaluations on the spot to determine if there is a cost or not. Either way, we install all needed drivers and run a quick test to make sure everything checks off and runs smooth before we send you home with it!
If you bought the product from their store they'll do it. If it's not one of theirs they won't fix it; it has to be PC Laptop brand tech.
