It was mothersday, i downloaded the app, selected delivery. They shorted me on my biscuits and drink. Their chicken sandwhich was way below average. Typically your food is delicious and on point. But it appears i should have read the reviews of this location. Pretty sad, it doesn't seem like they'll be ready for mainstream dine in experience until management and leadership can get things pulled together.

Long after all the other fast food restaurants have opened their doors again, this one is still holding on to the almighty dollar and keeping their doors closed. They didn’t have what I was looking to order and with a car behind me, I couldn’t just leave. This location sucks.And to top it off, they didn’t give me any napkins.

Went through the drive thru, there wasn't a line, so they weren't busy. After driving away with my food I realize they forgot the biscuits for my mashed potatoes and gravy, so I went back through the drive thru. Thought all was well and drove home, only to discover that the chicken tenders are way over cooked/fried. The breading was so hard that it was difficult to get it pulled apart to even take these pictures. You can tell just by the coloring how overcooked these tenders were.

this has to be the worst chicken I've had in years. if i hadn't seen the KFC sign out front i wouldn't believe it came from there. there was no breading on it at all. i am from KY and believe me this is nothing in comparison. this is the second KFC I've eaten at in less than a month and neither was worth eating. in place of chicken there were grease puddles on the parchment paper. the best part of the dinner was the cake. these pics were taken off the chicken as it came out of the box.
