Tara went above and beyond in helping me with my case and questions. She did a thorough review of my documents and advised me in detail. Then she also answered follow up questions even months later - you cannot expect more from an attorney!

Questions & Answers

Can you handle non-competition agreements?

Swartz Law, LLC | Sep 20, 2021

Yes we can. Many employees and contractors are required to sign a non-competition or non-solicitation agreement as a condition of their employment or to receive severance benefits as part of a separation from employment. Because signing the agreement is a condition of employment or to receive much needed pay upon termination, employees often sign without understanding their obligations and future consequences. Don’t let this be you.

At Swartz Law, we understand that startups and small businesses are crunched for time, money and resources. We provide outside general counsel services for emerging and established small businesses. Our business lawyers can assist with your formation, operating and shareholder agreements, or dissolution.
