I have to agree with the other reviewers that the yard man with the headset is very rude and intimidating. All the other staff I've worked with have been wonderful and provided great customer service over the three years I've been using this location. During my most recent visit, I pre-ordered some boxes. and picked them up on-site quickly and easily. While attempting to carry my boxes to my car, the helpful indoor staff told me to load up the shopping cart they had available so I wouldn't be struggling. I made my way outside and was confronted by the yard man. He told me that the cart costs money, and to return it immediately. So I unloaded my boxes and put the cart back inside. When I returned to retrieve my boxes, he held me up further not believing I paid for the boxes. I showed him my receipt which he couldn't read, and I literally pointed to where on the receipt it showed my credit card payment. He then realized I paid for my boxes and told me I could go. This employee definitely needs to be spoken to by his management as his behavior is completely out of line with the rest of the staff. They should let him go, as there are plenty of other capable people out there who would provide much better customer service and not intimidate their customers. The rest of the staff has been consistently great, so I give two stars instead of one.

Brought in my Honda to have the trailer light connection replaced. Turned out I had major electrical issues that needs a dealership or a true electrian. The guys explained everything very well and only charged for parts and not labor even though they worked on it for over two hours. Incredibly good customer service at least on the auto garage side.

We love this uhall location. I hate to admit we recently have moved about once a year the last 10 years and we ALWAYS go out of our way to use this location. Sure.. sometimes the lines are long on the weekends, but news flash… you aren’t the only people moving or needing trailers for whatever it is your doing. Today being a Saturday and first weekend of the month it was busy, we were only in for boxes today and the guy who helped us Name was Luis Lopez, he was so friendly and very knowledgeable, kept it light and professional. Thanks Luis! We’ll keep using this location for a long time.

Make sure you document everything, they want to "get you". They advertise the ease of the non contact off hours pick up. In practice great, but the sign up does not require you to upload pics of gas tank or miles, this seems to be intended. Why else would you be able to drive off with a truck without completing what they consider required? I took pics of my own to be safe because i found that odd. Then you see the bill with $14 of gas charges which I have never had before after many uhaul uses, have always replaced the gas upon return. These pics were the tank before and after, only response i get is unfortunately we can't do anything because you didn't do the walk around. You have my history as a customer and time stamped pics of the tank being returned at the same level. I find this response concerning. Instead of saying, maybe someone is charging for gas that is not missing which means an ethics or poor tracking process concern, let's ignore that and take the easy road of putting on the customer so we can get back to playing on phones and not have to do our jobs which is taking action when concerns are raised. $14 isnt the big issue, the premise of 0 ownership, concern, or appropriate attempt to follow up is everything.
