Amazing experience with Hutchins. Purchased a refrigerator from them for my business in January, ran into some trouble with and needed to have the refrigerator looked at just in case it was a faulty unit. They sent me a loaner fridge next day while I went through the motions to figure out what the issue was- was it my electric or a bad compressor? Turned out to be electrical, but Hutchins kept my business afloat with that loaner unit while I worked out what the issue was. I run a home based business and refrigeration is essential. I am in the process of replacing the unit I purchased with a larger size- business is good! And they have been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and gone above and beyond while I sort out what my business needs. Bonus- they have a local warehouse so you can actually buy an appliances with them without waiting for eight months for the shipping delays you’re seeing everywhere now. Amazing customer service- the kind you only find with small businesses who really care about their community.

This was our first time in. We worked with Jim, I don’t think he knew we were there to purchase a new appliance since the one we have is brand spanking new. He was was great, not pushy, listened to exactly what we were hoping for & got us taken care of. We were even able to get our new dishwasher and bring it home the same day! With all the shortages that’s been very rare, the guy who took us to grab it was also nice & helpful. Their prices are very competitive & we paid a little less than a big box store. We would much rather support local when possible and expect to pay a little extra to do so but not here, not today.

We had an incredibly positive experience ordering our new washer and dryer from Hutchins. I went into the store not knowing much about which brands or models would meet my needs, and the sales staff took extra time to answer questions and help me make an informed decision. I did not feel any pressure to buy any particular product or buy something that day. When I called to place our order later, the process was fast and easy. And when the delivery person arrived, he was friendly, super careful bringing the machines inside, completed the installation quickly, offered to change the door position on the dryer to make unloading from the washer easier, and taught me the best way to use each machine. The whole process from the store to my house was pleasant and easeful.

Hutchins is a local, family owned appliance store with a nice showroom and excellent service. We purchased 3 appliances from this store and we plan to purchase from here again next time we need an appliance. I really appreciate Jim taking the time to educate us on options and guide us in a much better direction based on our needs. There was no sales pressure. The pricing and delivery dates were all clear. There is no way to get this level of customer service at a big box store. We are happy with the dryer, dishwasher and freezer we purchased.
