Jeff was completely honest! He not only fixed the steering problem my car was having, but went out of his way to fix a broken dash board knob with out me asking him to do so. He had it all done in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. I highly recommend him.

Jeff at Integrity auto saved myself and my family when our car broke down unexpectedly. We had used him in the past and were already very impressed, but this unexpected breakdown....he went even more above n beyond. He was already super busy and somehow was able to fit us in and did a truly amazing job and did it fast. Professional, with top quality work done everytime!!! Thank you, Integrity Auto!

Jeff is great! Did brake work for us the 1st time. The 2nd time we had our vehicle towed 100+ miles to his shop. He was able to diagnosis the issue but said that it was a repair best served by a diesel engine specialist. We appreciate his honesty, integrity, and his other efforts that went way above and beyond what was expected.

Excellent experience! Jeff was able to identify the multiple issues my car was having and repaired them successfully the first time. I was also impressed by his customer service. Will be going back for any future issues with my car. Thanks again!

I have a 1994 nisson pathfinder the picture of a battery light is on and the A/T oil temp light is on real dimly I need a diagnostic test done on it .do you offer free diagnostic testing???

Sometimes we waive diagnostic charges on issues that are easily solved. For instance, in your case, the battery light being on indicates the alternator is not charging. If I look under the hood and see the belt is missing, there won't be any diagnostic charges for that. On the other hand, if the problem involves a wiring problem hidden deep inside the dashboard, and it takes 3 hours to find it, there will be charges for that type of work for sure. We generally agree to have up to an hour of diagnostic time, then if more is needed, that will be authorized at that time by the customer.
