I only like to comment on how hard it is to get a hold of anyone in this motel. They never pick up their phone. Didn't return a voicemail. They didn't answer emails. Their website doesn't have an option to cancel bookings. Tip: if you are trying to cancel a booking with them. Try calling them repeatedly. They're there they just wouldn't bother picking up the phone the first time.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were claen and big enough for our needs. Laundry machines (and detergent from vending machine) was available on-site in a secure room, and front desk was happy to sell me a roll of coins to use it. Would stay again if we visit Palmer in the future.

Don’t let the outside fool you (not that it’s super dumpy on the outside it’s just very low key looking and not much color) but the inside is fantastic. You can tell they put extra care when putting this place together. We got to chat with Linda before we checked out and she was very sweet and even gave us a tour of the property as they also have units with kitchens for those who want to cook. Highly recommend this place! It’s also right by the reindeer farm which is super fun!

Great, big, and clean rooms with soft comfortable beds. Our room had fridge/freezer/microwave/coffee. One of the only places truly pet friendly with no added fees. Check-in was easy and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and accommodating.
