I can't say enough good things about this campground. Super clean and very well taken care of. They have grass which is amazing in Alaska!! The owners are so accommodating and really want to make your stay enjoyable. We loved our stay. Palmer is a nice town and it's only a short 45 min drive into Anchorage. We would 100% recommend this campground!!

A nice little park with some pull thru and back in grass sites. Nice folks and lots to do in the Palmer area if you want. Park is just off the end of a runway at a puddle jumper airport (uncontrolled) but no noticeable noise at night. Utilities were all good. I did sink in the sod and there were dually ruts present in the back so use flotation if you have small pads.

This is a fantastic place to stop. Big rig friendly for sure. We are 78ft long , RV and trailer had no problem at all. Lots wide , getting around was easy .. close to town , lots to do. Highly recommend this place !!!! Had friends follow us in and we all enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Amazing people!!!!!

Wonderful RV Park! Coming up from the lower 48 we researched all the RV parks in the area and we are so glad we settled on this one. We spent the entire summer here while we were looking for a house. It’s very clean and safe. The location is fantastic, views are stunning, walking distance to the golf course, only a couple miles down the road from the Alaska State Fairgrounds. If you want a good long walk or bike ride you can even walk to the Matanuska River, and the cute downtown Palmer area is even closer. There is a small bush plane airport down the street so planes fly over a lot but that just added to the Alaskan charm for us. The owners are amazing and so welcoming, kind and helpful, really went above and beyond for everybody. They are very responsive and keep the park clean. We witnessed this over and over all summer long. I’ve read some of the, very few, negative comments and it all comes down to following the RV park rules which are completely reasonable (quiet times, pets on leashes, etc). The owners want everyone to have a good experience so they will enforce the rules which most RV park goers will appreciate, we certainly did.
