Omg stayed here by chance and it is my new fav!!!The room was wonderful..staff was friendly. But the best thing and what put off on the right track, was the complimentary breakfast. There was everything you could imagine. Healthy light and fast or biscuits and gravy pancakes and waffles fresh eggs and it was also nice not to have to be out until 12:00 or 130 was the latest. But you didn't here that f r om m e.

Love this place! Beautiful, spacious lobby with marvelous Alaska themed decorations. Great complimentary breakfast with multiple hot items. Shuttle to the airport which is less than a minute away. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Stayed 1 night- hotel pretty clean and decent. Beds need to be upgraded as I can feel a spring or 2 (im not a heavy person). The mattress covers need to be cleaned, my bathroom has no door knob, thankfully it was just me in the 2 bed room. There is also something gross stuck on the wall by the towel rack. Food area clean, food hot.. overall not bad, housekeeping just needs to clean the rooms a little more.

Very clean facilities & conveniently located close to the airport. We enjoyed the free breakfast provided which included a nice selection of warm foods. Since I can't select 4.5 stars, I had to knock off a star for the employees who were a bit gruff. Otherwise the place was awesome!

We came down at 9:30, they still have some food, but closed by 10am.
I have never seen a safe in room but they may have other ways to hold important things for you. Or maybe have rooms with safes if requested. Seems like a pretty safe place to stay. I've been staying there for a few years now and never had a problem.
