Reserved a ground floor room, and picked location due to shuttle service to airport. Upon arrival we are told there were no ground floor rooms due to remodeling and no shuttle to airport, since driver was out sick. Manager told us that the hotel would pay for taxi to airport in morning. Once in room we discover the window was broken, no table in which to eat dinner on, luggage stand was broken, stain bed sheets and pillow cases, and television was broken. When asked for a new room or a television that work we were told that all that could be done for us was to refund our money and go somewhere else. Since we had all ready turned in our rental car this was not possible. We checked with all the other hotels in area and at such late notice there was no where to go. We slept on top of the blankets uneasily since broken window had also a broken lock. In the a.m. when we got up and went to the desk to get the taxi called and paid for since day manager said it would be paid. The night manager said he could not authorize this. He then called the day manager and she said she had never said that and couldn't help us. We ended up paying ourselves for the taxi which was not a problem but when we booked we were promised services that they had no intentions of honoring. After we got to airport we talked with several locals and were told that this was a haven for drug use and that outside entrances did not lock and ground floor room doors that were being remodeled did not lock for people off the street to do what ever in! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

They have done some renovating of the rooms. The negatives though are what gives it 3 stars at best. There is no breakfast (although told there was), the ice machine is not working, the key machine was down, and the deadbolt on the door was difficult to latch, and a no cancellation policy means here we are.

When we arrived the manager was yelling on the phone that the person who should have been at the front desk was getting drunk somewhere. It turned out the person she was talking about was the man who gave us and other guests a ride from the train station. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He should be the manager. This said, the keys to the room door was not working well, there was water in the bathroom looking like toilet leak and the overall cleanliness seems marginal.

Yes, the building does need to be updated, but the staff is amazing….friendly, polite, and helpful. My 6 day stay turned into 7 due to a scheduled Uber driver’s failure to pick me up and bring me to the airport causing me to miss my flight. When I called the motel and explained Essie (the General Manager) not only did she find a room for me she personally came to the motel at 4 a.m. the next day and brought me to the airport. She wouldn’t accept any gratuity. She is making great changes there. Give the staff a chance, they truly are amazing people doing everything they can to serve their customers.

I was there the other day and the room i went to was terribly warm, so they might have fixed it.
Im not sure about weekly rates of if they have any . it was 126.00 for one night.
