This was by far the worst experience I have ever had doing business with a HUGE Company. The salesman wouldn’t let me see the phone in the box until I paid for it. He said it was what I asked for not to worry he knew what he was doing. He then messed up with my leasing company and porting my number over from another service. In my presence he sold a case to a Chaplain Assist from the Army. He told the soldier the wrong product was in the box. It was obvious he had no clue of his products or was just exploiting an active service member and a Combat Vet. I have been back twice now and he will not put me in touch with the manager to get this issue resolved. Thank goodness that life has taught me to protect my self by recording conversations do to me having 3 TBIs. Before warned do not deal with the male employee. I heard good things about the manager. We will see. But the young man told the soldier and myself he was dating the manager. Fingers crossed this doesn’t become something it doesn’t need to be.

Absolutely the best phone service that I have seen. Got my new Samsung A11 free! Love this phone, the ladies at the,counter are friendly, knowledgeable, have multiple choices for phones and service. Can't say enough good things about them. Ty cricket!
