No parking available. Had to park in another business's gravel lot. If you have a valuable vehicle, avoid this hotel. Sketchy, at best, neighborhood. Was worried about our vehicle all night. Heavily stained and filthy looking carpet. Regretted this booking as soon as I saw the hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in early Jul. I gave 5 stars cause we didn't have any problems. Room was big enough, bathroom also and clean,the window AC worked fine. The clerks were nice and helpful.

The beds were nice and comfy! We checked in around 10 pm. We had to wait for someone to clean our room before we could even check in. She did a good job cleaning in just a few minutes. The rough part is our room stayed between 80-84 degrees. We told the staff a few times to no avail.

Multiple reasons we rated Bridgewater poorly.#1 we waited over an hour at the Fairbanks airport for pickup. Called three times. Finally told it’d be another 50 minutes. Took taxi. When booked we were told the shuttle would pickup, take to restaurants and to train station. Did not to restaurants. Train station was the only service. #2 the rooms are so small and there’s a ledge over a make shift closet that is at eye level for anyone over 6foot. My husband got his head a few times. There’s no place to lay out luggage. #3 the rooms are not cleaned or even offered towels unless you request the day before. Then you have to give a specific time. However, Time doesn’t matter. They’ll still try to come in without knocking. #4 we were billed several times for our stay. Plus, the front desk refused to give us a total. We were told to “add them”. The staff is rude with the exception of Jessica. If you have a choice between Bridgewater or another facility, definitely suggest another location. The rates booked are not the rates spent after paying for Ubers, taxis and multiple Billings.
